THE GREEN TEAM, An Environmental Action Circle. Facilitator: Linn Cates. Meets the second Tuesday of the month from 7:30 to 9:30.  Next meeting: Tuesday, March 4 at the home of Amy Hoffman-Shehan.

12:15 - 1:00 Light Lunch provided by Green Team, featuring local & organic foods
1:00 - 2:00 Children's Activities provided by It Takes a Village Chalice Circle
1:00 - 1:30  Terry LaCrosse, owner of No-More-ElectricBills will talk about his Sherman wind generator and solar water heater company
1:30 - 2:00 Linn Cates & Rachel Van Citters will demonstrate the RRUU compost center

The Green Team held an organizational meeting to plan the Texoma Area Interfaith Environmental Alliance on Sunday, March 9 at Grand Avenue Presbyterian Church in Sherman.  The speaker at the event was Gary Stuard, Director of the Dallas Interfaith Environmental Alliance (www.iea-ntx.org).

The next meeting of the Texoma Area Interfaith Alliance will be Sunday, April 13, 4:00 at Grand Ave. Presbyterian Church.  Attendees will learn to how to lead their congregations toward becoming green.
